Terms and Conditions for Award Entry.

1. We understand that strategies can take several years to come to fruition. The activity should have started in 2024, with the main results measured in 2025.

2. All information submitted will be treated confidentially and shared only with the judging panel.

3. The events team has permission to use your contact details to reach you and/or team members regarding the nomination.

4. A minimum number of entries may be required for an individual category award to be granted. This is at the discretion of the judges, and the judges' decision is final.

5. Entries are now being accepted. Contact Donna, the Awards organizer, at donna@blacksquare.ie.

6. The conferring of an award is based on the unanimous decision of the judging panel. No correspondence will be entered into, and the judges' decision is final.

7. Any attempt to influence or canvass the judging panel, or to tamper with the judging process, will result in immediate disqualification of all entries associated with the entrant on whose behalf the canvassing is made.
